Hello Fudgey Friends,
It's been a busy & emotionally draining week with little Miss Bug starting nursery & my imminent return to work, so I decided mid week that I was not going to run today.
Mr Fudgey was angry with me & told me I was doing it but by Saturday I was neither physically or emotionally in a state to run today.
I haven't been drinking any water at all so am quite dehydrated & definitely haven't been eating enough either.
My back has been niggling & I also haven't slept well all week.
I know 100% that I made the right decision to withdraw today, as I don't want to start back work on Tuesday completely knackered. There will be other races.
